Registration, Payment, Cancellation & Refund policy

We strive to make your educational experience at HAADI an enriching and enjoyable one. At times, however, due to unforeseen reasons you may have to cancel your registration.

HAADI maintains one of the most flexible tuition refund policies. HAADI will abide by the following policy in order to ensure transparency:

Registration

• Registration must be in writing or thru HAADI web site;
• Registration is not confirmed till the payment has been made;
• Tuition services must be purchased in 10hrs block;

Cancellation

• All cancellation requests must be in writing;
• You can either mail us the cancellation request or hand deliver it;
• HAADI will also allow you to e-mail cancellation request, but you must receive an acknowledgement from the HAADI office for it to be effective.

Tuition Refund

• HAADI will refund 100% of the fee paid if the course is cancelled by HAADI for any reason and will not be liable for any additional amount.
• If the cancellation is made during the term, HAADI will pro-rate 80% of the tution fee and refund the unused portion within 2 weeks of cancellation.
• HAADI will refund 80% of the tuition fee if the cancellation is made prior to attending first session.
• A No-Show will not be counted towards the refund.

Walk-ins

• HAADI will allow walk-ins ONLY if space is available.
• The full tuition amount is due before the course commences.
• HAADI may not be able to provide all course material for walk-ins.
• HAADI will not be able to provide any on-line access, computers or any other required accessories.
